My 1111 Agreement
Richard, the below video gives you an overall picture of my offer - the whole context and spirit of it where Scott is dictating it to me - it is basically an overview of the offer with background details on the different platforms and where it all began leading up to where it is at now and what we want to do in this case, with the two offers we want to put out there as our lead magnet funnel with particularly, ElevenEleven and Passion Projects Light. 
The text here below is where I have started the process with extracting the details presented in the video and putting it into words for you, as you see the text below, giving you the overall context and presentation of the offer so you have something tangible to go on incase you start on this sooner as I am still working on completing in answering all your great questions. Note: I am still working on extracting and re-creating in words what is in the above video, so it is not yet complete, but this is what I have so far for you, Richard. I have made this, including completing giving full answers to the rest of your questions my number one project for today ranking the top on my priority list. And it would still be a good idea even though I am recreating the essence that is in the above video in words, but it would still be good to list to the 17:48 minute audio video above and also read the text for it. What I want to do here for the 120 words or so you are going to write is to make one simple landing page to transform how our website (www.passionprojects.tv) looks right now, so whatever you are going to say is really speaking about the platforms, ElevenEleven and Passion projects Light in general as that’s my offer – speaking about the benefits of these platforms, starting with ElevenEleven and then Passion Projects Light.
And so #1 in the email sequence, the first email is speaking about ElevenEleven, speaking to my Avatar, and (my avatar is further described in your question #3 below, "What is the PAINFUL problem that your offer fixes? Note: Saying "We sell XYZ on Amazon" is not a painful problem. Please think deeply about your customers' EMOTIONS, FEARS and FRUSTRATIONS"). 
And so #1 in the email sequence, the first email is speaking about ElevenEleven, speaking to my Avatar, and (my avatar is further described …..
And what we discovered was in having over 500 people who came on over the last 3 years, in collecting the data as Scott would always be doing the production for this and so he would be seeing the views and got intimately connected to the data, and what he commonly noticed was well first I will tell you who always said ‘No’ to our offer in coming on ElevenEleven
The Characteristics Of People who said NO to ElevenEleven:
– they had confidence,
-they were already speakers and had a successful business,
- they were wealthy interms of they were making a lot of money
-and were on their own mission with their work and business, or they were in that realm of becoming a coach, speaker, consultant, basically they were successful people


​Both platforms, eleveneleven and Passion Projects Light were successful beyond imagination. And before even eleveneleven was created, Scott created passion Projects for me, which turned out to be not only successful, but also profitable without even that being the primary agenda. It really began with Passion Projects.
Scott created this masterful innovative platform for me – Passion Projects, which was when multi-camera started with the launch of Passion Projects – Scott was the first person in Canada to start multi-camera – it was after Multi-Camera platform, Passion Projects became popular and well-known through Scott’s strategic and creative innovation and the tangible value it provided causing paying clients wanting more such as Scott’s consultation prior to being on the platform to leverage the results and maximize the engagement and attention for them, others then started following and also copying Multi-Camera application  - Scott basically started this trend with Multi-camera (Just giving you a background on Scott’s talent and greatness. He has this ability to custom create anything, even if it is complex and make it work for the individual as he did with me. The more complex, the better for Scott to solve – His interventions and innovations are so out of the box most often) – One of the great and accurate descriptions of Scott and people have literally said this about him – that he has a mind that of a
genius. He comes up with the most radical and unconventional strategies and innovations that work, such as all these amazing platform that he built around me as that is how it started and then they took a life of its own.
With Passion Projects, I started Facebook Lives, I had never done facebook lives before – I went live on my timeline to begin with multiple times a day during its launch and I got 3 guests booked from going live on my timeline, and whenever I would go live during the launch of Passion Projects, I would have either have someone reach out wanting more information about how they could be a guest on the platform or I would just get a booking from one Facebook Live – It was phenomenal. And the reason for its success was because Scott had the wisdom to realize that building our own business page was not going to serve people and so we actually did these broadcasts on the guest’s personal timeline – Scott had the wisdom to know that the only people who are going to care about them and want to hear what they have to say about their passions or passion projects are their own connections because I am a ‘nobody’ and they are a ‘nobody’ and Scott had the wisdom to know that, so the only people who would be interested in them are not cold strangers, but their own facebook friends and community.
And then shortly after that, eleveneleven was created and that was even more of a hit because we told them that they can’t talk about anything that they would want to talk about, there were strict rules to the eleveneleven platform interms of what you couldn’t talk about – anything related to their business, career life, profession, causes even if they were noble causes, passion projects they could not talk about – This page link https://www.passionprojects.tv/1111.html explains in detail about the eleveneleven format and at the bottom of the page, it includes videos where I am talking about eleveneleven with my guests who came on the platform, so it would be good to also check this page out to also get the context of eleveneleven and what it is. And eleveneleven was also done on the guest’s timeline – We had about 60 guests come into the studio in the first 60 days when it just started, and that was not even the intention at first, and it just grew from there. We had people who were a guest on eleveneleven come and tell us that they had opportunities fall in their lab, people got reconnected with their long and lost families from across the world.
But this is what I want to emphasize is that this platform was a complete hit even though we did every rule in marketing wrong. We didn’t explain the benefits, we didn’t even know what the benefits were back then, and despite that, we had a guest booked for 1111 literally almost everyday.

​As the platforms were successful doing poor marketing and not targeting to a specific niche or pain point, we now want to take it to a new level where we are doing proper and effective marketing sharing the value and the benefits that these two platforms, eleveneleven and Passion Projects Light provide – selling its benefits. And the benefits of the benefits if that makes sense? 

Now, the over 500 guests, the people who came on eleveneleven, which is our first funnel, here is what they all had in common:
COMMONALITIES OF PAST 1111 GUESTS:
  • They were scared of Facebook lives, and in most cases, they had never done one
  • In most cases, they didn’t know what their passion was
  • Some of them had dreams of one day being a speaker, but they were scared to even talk about it because they had so much pressure that they had to get it right and be perfect, and though that they had to communicate perfectly, they were afraid of not looking good.
  • So what we found is the idea of warming up and doing a Facebook live without the pressure of having to impress anyone, it actually attracted my Avatar.
  • - In fact, about 90% of the people who came on 1111 with me were my avatar.
The people that I want to attract for the 1111 platform are people who know they need to do and get comfortable with doing Facebook lives and they are too scared to start
  • The problem that they don’t know they have (And I am not sure if I am going to market this? What do you think, Richard)? Is that they need video, they need to get comfortable with video and learn and get practice with video.

1. Who will be reading this copy? (Demographics, age, location, income, needs, wants, pet peeves, etc etc)
A/ The best and most effective way I can answer this question is by describing the type of people who came onto ElevenEleven And Passion Projects Light previously.
  • Most of them approximately 75% were women
  • Majority or all of them were spiritual by nature
  • Approximately 90% of the people were not successful, some of them did have jobs (employed), but they wanted to have their own business/be an entrepreneur
  • Majority of them did not have successful business that were working
  • Majority of them had never done a Facebook Live before
  • Most of them were struggling financially
  • They had a lack mind-set and limiting beliefs about themselves
  • Even though, the people that came onto these platform, particularly on 1111 were ultimately broke, in this new offer with 1111/Passion Projects Light, I want it to attract people who do have money and are not broke financially,
  • They are coming in knowing that I can help them, they want to authentically work with me.
  • It is so easy week after week, and enjoyable working with them
  • I don’t feel like I have got to people please them or I don’t feel the pressure of having to always feel like if they are receiving the value.
  • They are very coachable and they are not arguing with me nor are they resisting, thy don’t question what I ask them to do that will further support them
  • They are not just receiving my help because they feel sorry for me or they are not doing it because they see it as they are doing me a favor. – They have hired me for them and they truly believe I can help them – They appreciate what they are getting and they are all paying clients, paying for my services. 
  • And they enjoy paying me the money
  • They can afford to pay for my services

A/  It gets my Avatar practicing video without the demands and pressure that mainstream social media puts on people to have to be perfect and put up your best front in front of the camera. It is a gentle approach to getting comfortable with video without the feeling of having to put on a ‘show’. What I can say here and know is that my Avatar, my target market crave for just wanting to be themselves – their true expressions of themselves, and they feel the weight of the pressure of having to perform, be and act a certain way, they are told that they have to portray a certain role in society in order to succeed, even if it is not their truth. They are tired of having to pretend and having to constantly put on this mask to impress and please others.
I believe the best way to fully answer this question, so you can capture the spirit of it and the big picture is to yes, describe my Avatar – The kind of people who I am targeting for this offer, and this description of my Avatar would ideally gar more towards the 1111 platform than the Passion Projects Light, and Passion Projects Light is also part of my offer.
  • People with low self-esteem
  • Feel like they are not good enough, and that they will never make it as an entrepreneur
  • They are terrified of doing facebook lives and scared or resisting being seeing on video
  • They are not comfortable with video and putting themselves out there publicly
  • And they know that video is necessary, but they can’t seem to get themselves out there to do video
  • Self-conscious, constantly compare themselves to other people who they perceive as being more successful than them
  • Don’t like and don’t appreciate themselves, can’t look themselves in the mirror
  • They feel like they have to work in this job and have to be controlled by the system
  • They have a dream and a vision to work for themselves and not have to answer to anyone – to really live their passion
  • They don’t see their dream coming true anytime soon because they are stuck, they don’t know what the most effective pathway is to start the process of getting there

  • They are looking for a coach/consultant who is gentle, and patient, who gets it, and who has been there with her own journey, and has had the above characteristics

  • Prefer to work with a coach who understands them and where they are coming from, a coach who can meet them half way, and who is soft with them, and not use the more direct hardcore approach with them
  • They can identify with everything I am saying where I don’t have to sell them into anything
  • They already believe in the power of video and can really relate where they are saying ‘yes, that’s me”.
  • In addition, find the people who absolutely believe that video is necessary – And they already have a community or group where they are learning video, or they may have a coach who is teaching them video
  • Practicing being on video in this gentle, non-pressure, non-intimidating, non-confronting way will help them become more effective communicators and will develop the ‘know’, ‘like’, and ‘trust’ faster.
  • The source of the problem is their mind-set, they have limiting beliefs.
  • They resist and are tired and don’t want to have to do the old traditional way of selling. They don’t like having to sell and ask for money.
  • They can’t stop the worry in their minds
  • They are driven by fear and they know they can’t continue going on like this – they want to live differently.
  • They are afraid of taking risks and they fear of the unknown.
  • They are the underdog, they know they can't sell and they know they will not make it in having their own business  having to sell
