UNTIL 1111
The very first multi-camera Facebook live streaming studio and "Show That's Not a Show" was called 1111 TV (www.ElevenEleven.TV.
It was created by Scott Gallagher for Sameena Fernandes on April 4th 2017 as part of a complex probono intervention he was doing for Sameena Fernandes - and in response to Sameena confessing to Scott during a private session that she was having suicidal thoughts regularly.
1111 TV was a 3 camera facebook live production that instead of being broadcasted on Sameena's personal timeline, page or group, it was streamed on the personal timeline of Sameena's guest.
There was only one rule all guests had to sign off on before they went live with Sameena.
No talking about, either directly or indirectly, what we did to make money, what we were an expert in, and no promotion of any kind. Even though Sameena was the host, she had to follow the same rules as her guest, which meant she could not talk about Scott Gallagher, because doing so would violate the format rules which were ironically all created by Scott.
Before automation software tools existed for PERSONAL facebook accounts, Scott taught Sameena how to manually invite strangers to be guests in her studio using facebook messenger ONLY. These strangers never knew Sameena, nor did she know them. The were fake facebook "friends" of Sameena's.
From April 4th 2017 to March 15th, 2020 when the first lockdown was ordered in Canada, Sameena had over 700 guests go live with her in the studio Scott built for her. Sameena's studio business ended after the first lockdown and she's never had any other guests go live with her in the studio.
After getting feedback from the first 8 people, it was clear that the sales page Sameena had been working on 8 hours a day every single day for over a week was so bad Sameena would basically have to start over from scratch.
This feedback was very much appreciated by Sameena but at the same time, hearing the truth triggered more panic attacks as she became aware that she was no longer, it was over now. In Sameena's mind, she had given it her best shot. She was not just running out of time, there was no more time left. Sameena knew herself well enough to know that it was impossible for her to come up with a new offer and messaging for that offer now while she was experiencing medically diagnosed depression, paranoia and anxiety daily.
On Monday, January 16th, Scott became aware of Sameena's situation and on January 18th Scott advised Sameena that he would be making a donation to support the volunteer work Sameena has been doing for All Addictions Anonymous and Get Booked To Book Others and that the amount of that donation would be equal to Sameena's rent conditional upon 100 percent of Scott's donation going directly to Sameena in support and appreciation for all the time she unselfishly invested in others during the pandemic.
Scott further agreed to take over 100 percent accountability and responsibility for the design and messaging of a new offer, assuring Sameena that all she had to do was to sit back, relax and only be responsible for not allowing her mental and emotional state to negatively impact her relationships with any of the people who so graciously agreed to provide their objective or subjective opinions, advice and feedback to Sameena. Scott asked Sameena only work if she felt inspired to do so as apposed to being motivated by guilt, fear or desperation.
When Scott took over the new direction and re-write of Sameena's offer page, he made significant changes to the target audience, the messaging of the offer, and the offer itself, such that the new offer would include more time and access to Scott.
The new target market Scott chose for the new offer was easy, simple, obvious and what Scott considered to be the fastest path to money and also the path of least resistance. ie Anyone who said YES to giving Sameena feedback on the offer and web page that communicates the offer.
And, in the spirit of full transparencey and disclosure, the people who said yes to giving Sameena feedback are also a member of one of the following two bigger groups.
#1 Facebook contacts that Sameena does NOT yet have authentic real connections with yet and whom have invested at least two thousand dollars to attend either PLF or TRIBE, the only two courses which Sameena had also invested her own money to pay for.
#2 Select faceook friends of Sameena's that have not invested in PLF or TRIBE, have never spammed her, and who have sent at least one message to Sameena via messenger.
