"Scott can be best described as an "Angelic soul with a result oriented mind-set". Hope for the Soul (started off as the name of my very first 'platform' Scott created for me, and then the name became the name of my sol proprietorship today) is a reality today because of Scott.
He helped me recover from my eating disorder a few years ago. He has not only been my counselor, he has also been my life coach, my business consultant and a friend.
I am very happy to be where I am today both personally and professionally and I am blessed with gifted opportunities that are in my path; I owe most of this credit to Scott. Scott is a catalyst for others to come into their own power to make the change that THEY want, weather it is a life change, a career change or a change in personal traits or skills for the purpose of self-improvement,
Scott has the experience, the character and the skills to help others how they need to be helped. I admire Scott for his ever lasting passion and drive in thriving to be of maximum service to humanity. Scott has a special gift for being multi-faceted, In other words he has the capability of being whatever his clients need him to be at that moment in time, weather it is be a listener, a dictator, a friend, a leader or even a follower, Scott has the humility and the humbleness to be in whatever role it is that will serve his clients the best. When Scott works with people, he does not make it about him, he makes it about other people. Scott may have a thick skin, but one thing is for sure, he has the heart of gold!
I know this may sound strange, but I honestly do not know what planet Scott came from, but whatever planet it is, that planet is consumed with unconditional love and purity; in a nutshell, that is Scott Gallagher! You would have to meet him to get the essence of what I am talking about.
Scott's numerous testimonies speak for themselves. Scott's most divine principles that he stands for and never sells out on no matter what are: INTEGRITY, HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY. THE fact that Scott always lives by those three principles in all areas of his life is what makes him effective in helping others achieve the results that they want. With Scott's permission, I've posted some of his client results below; from business to addiction interventions to keynote presentations in schools."

"I've known Scott since 2006, and have hired Scott as a coach and business advisor many times, most recently to guide me in a delicate negotiation on a project at CTV. I am currently executive producing Income Property for RTR/HGTV and have sought Scott's advice on shifting the team culture and vision with my crew as the show expanded into its new one hour format.
Scott is an outstanding coach mostly because he is a fantastic listener, and hears the truth and opportunity in every situation. He's fearless in expressing his opinions and very committed that everyone who works with him gets the results they are after. He'll make for great TV. He's like a dog with a bone. Speaking from personal experience, once he sets his mind to his client achieving their goal, he won't let that client fail. He takes no prisoners!
He's a man of high integrity, great compassion and he's great fun to be around."

"Before I met Scott, I was going nowhere. My life was scattered, and so were my thoughts. I had no direction and didn’t know how to begin to find one.
Things seemed very hopeless for me. I was destitute and motivated but didn’t know how to leverage and execute my passion - helping people and families going through the battles of addiction. But I just didn’t seem to have the mindset required to both do the work I love and make it financially profitable.
It’s safe to say I was a mess.
Scott helped me see my own self-worth and the value of what I have to offer the world. He advised me to do interventions because that is where the most money is for the work I was already doing. I had never thought of that. I had always just gone where the wind took me, with no plan or structure.
Thanks to Scott’s consultation and the follow-up work he did with me, I am now in the intervention business.
Before I met Scott, I was mainly talking to clients on the phone and didn’t feel justified in charging them. But after Scott overhauled the engine of my mind, my first client – a family I performed an intervention for, which included driving their daughter to a detox centre - paid me $3500 with no hesitation. In fact, they were so appreciative of the work I did with them, they thought $3500 was too low of a price, so they bought me a new iPhone too!
I have completely shifted my direction and the value I put on myself thanks to Scott’s life-transforming consultation and coaching. Closing my very first deal for $3500 made it REAL. I am now set up with a whole new and effective business plan, where everything before was left to chance."

TREVOR'S STORY
"I'm Trevor Vey, the general manager at Nelro Services Ltd. Established in 1979; Nelro Services Ltd. is one of Edmonton, Alberta's industry leaders in the field of floor coverings.
HOW MY TEAM BECAME HAPPIER, HEALTHIER & MORE
PRODUCTIVE AT WORK AND IN THEIR PERSONAL LIVES
At the start of 2013, Nelro Services was lacking in organization. To put it bluntly, I wasn’t happy coming in to work, and neither were my staff. I found myself "blowing up" on a daily basis and our collective employee stress level was through the roof!
We were in need of a strong leader and I simply had enough. Quite simply, we couldn't continue down the path we were on. We were in desperate need of an overhaul.
In my search for a solution that would transform my business, I sought out Scott Gallagher, an expert management consultant from Toronto, Ontario. I'd been familiar with Scott's work because I had watched videos of him and delivering his programs and coaching
The process got underway with a series of one-on-one meetings between Scott and my staff...
A relaxed and confidential interview process with my key staff uncovered the frank, honest opinions and feedback that Scott required before determining how we could and would follow through in moving forward. Our company had an underlying culture of uncertainty; some feared they would lose their jobs.
But Scott has something special; a quality that enabled him to earn their trust. He placed the staff at ease; they were able to move beyond that fear to provide candid opinions and views.
As a result of these interviews, Scott was able to identify a number of different problem areas that we as an organization were just too close to see, let alone solve:
First, Scott showed us how we had placed certain staff in roles that didn't match their talents or desires. He also advised us that we were paying higher-than-typical base salaries to our sales staff which resulted in a dysfunctional commission structure that failed in motivating our people to produce results.
Second, Scott showed us that there was a definite lack of communication among sales staff and little – if any – teamwork and collaboration taking place.
What's more, this culture of individualism and independence led to another problem that we had failed to realize. It's a problem that, according to Scott, is very characteristic of a contractor-type arrangement: If one staff member left the company, he or she could take all their clients with them!
Scott offered up real, workable solutions. He worked us through the process of establishing a team culture; one of connectivity and interactivity. Furthermore, as part of his program, he worked with us to create -- and implement -- an accountability system that would help us to overcome our independent, un-team-like mentality.
Now, things not only get done but they get done joyfully and consistently. I make a request and it gets completed with integrity; I no longer feel like I'm shouting into the wind.
The results have been incredible and very tangible. In less then 90 days since Scott came in to perform an overhaul, we've quoted more than $1.6 million in new business projects and realized an additional $500,000 of new revenue – revenue that my accountant has tracked and determined to be the direct result of actions that were taken as part of Scott's overhaul. This is above and beyond our baseline and to date it reflects a 100% increase beyond our projections!
That was two years ago. This past 2014 was a record year for us 7.8 million in sales. The morning meetings and consistent communication have made the staff happier and the company as a whole. I thank Scott for some of the great ideas that have helped me manage my team and the company at a whole new level. With the way things keep improving, my sales forecast for 2015 is $8 million.
In the world of business, it’s rare to meet people who are truly passionate about their craft; where it's a life mission. Scott is one of these rare gems. He is an absolute master and genius when it comes to team-building and causing leadership in a way that brings financial abundance as a natural consequence of putting the happiness and well-being of each and every employee first."

VADIM KOLTSOV
"Everything was falling apart - my finances, my business, my relationships with family and friends. I was two months away from bankruptcy and almost divorced. I truly could not understand why it was all happening to me.
Being an inexperienced entrepreneur, I was jumping from one business course to another, reading tons of books on business and self-development, joining different business groups, spending a lot of money yet not getting the results. I got to the point where nothing was working for me, and I had only one thing that kept me going, my business. I could let myself down, but I couldn’t let others down, my family, my employees, teachers, students and parents.
Over 600 people were standing behind me; people who trusted me and counted on me.
As I was witnessing my wife’s frustrations and desperation, I started to blame her for all our failures! I became aggressive and made her responsible for how I felt. I ultimately ended up pushing her away, thinking that if I took her out of the equation, everything would fall into place. I was wrong.
Not only did it not improve anything, my decision led to my complete failure as a human being, business owner, husband and father.
Sameena and Scott came into my life right on time!
My weekly sessions with Sameena brought me back to life and were like oxygen to me. It was hard at first to adjust to the language they used, and to look at myself honestly. I had always buried self-examination under more work.
In our counseling sessions, they introduced me to concepts like awakening, which is a very accurate term because I had been asleep in many ways, mainly how to think properly so I could achieve my true potential. That’s where the next step came – turning around.
That’s what it takes sometimes – a complete 180-degree turn. Not a slight adjustment, not a “tweak”, not a comfortable and minor change – a total overhaul. A turnaround. I kept what worked and turned around what didn’t, and that made all the difference.
I can’t say enough about how much Sameena and Scott helped me clarify my own needs and find myself. My business is taking off, and my relationships with friends, family and employees have improved dramatically.
I am still working on my relationship with my wife and am seeing positive changes. I stopped blaming everyone around me for all my failures. I took full responsibility for my life."

"When you see students with physical problems come in, a lot of times it’s a manifestation of what’s happening internally. These programs gets to the root as opposed to just dealing with all the symptoms.
It’s one thing to do brief intervention counseling one-on-one, but it’s another thing to have Scott come in and set up a system of accountability so kids know exactly what to do.
Here are some of the results;
One student who had stolen a pair of shoes from the local mall went back to the mall and returned the shoes.
Another student confessed to his Uncle that he had been stealing his liquor for many months. The Uncle stated he was proud of his nephew for confessing this and ended up attending an AA meeting with him as a result.
There were many students that told their parents they were repeatedly lying to them about substance use.
Five students returned at the end of the Healthy Habits group to focus on quitting smoking.
Students became more honest with themselves and others.
Scott’s program was the highlight of the school year for me! Thank you again for this very worthwhile program!!!"

"Before I met Scott and Sameena, I felt like I was treading water, barely able to keep my head above the surface. I was unhappy and scattered, torn between what I wanted and what I felt I should be doing - what I desired and deserved.
I was being pulled in different directions by family, work, and even myself. I was an emotional wreck, pretending to be happy but privately crying every day. I was like a robot, floating through life on auto-pilot because there was no time to do anything that gave me joy. What I wanted wasn’t responsible, I told myself, it was frivolous, and I felt guilty just thinking about it.
To make matters worse, no matter how hard I tried, my business was getting me further and further in debt, causing me more stress and anxiety rather than helping me to feel fulfilled. I didn’t just feel like I failure, I WAS a failure.
I was a disappointment and a burden to my family. A leech. I hated my life as it was. I despised my day job and felt undervalued and unappreciated both at work and at home.
My only escape was art, and I couldn’t even enjoy that because it was putting my family in debt, forcing me to hide my spending on new art supplies out of guilt and embarrassment. I was a fake, and I was tired of pretending. My family argued all the time, and I yelled way to often. I didn’t appreciate what I had because I was so focused on the scarcity.
At the turnaround with Scott, he put into words feelings and thoughts that I was ignoring and burying. I realized, “Wow, I am in a dark hole. I feel worthless and have no idea how to get out of this.” Then he gave me a chance to improve my situation.
I was able to incorporate good habits I had tried in the past but never continued for longer than a week, and make those activities part of my everyday life – activities like daily hypnosis meditations. They are no longer a chore or something I need to struggle to remember to do. I look forward to them. And as Scott promised, they have improved my outlook, confidence and success in life.
Besides feeling and acting more confident, I was sincerely more content with my life. I became more able to accept what I had control over - my attitude and response to situations - and let go of trying to control other people’s reactions, or other things that were completely out of my control.
I became much more accepting. I noticed the behaviour of my kids change in a positive way.
There is now much less yelling in my house, less fighting and resistance, more I love you’s just because, and less guilt. Even the relationship dynamic between my husband and I changed. Instead of talking about what we don’t want, we now spend more time talking about what we do want, or about the positive things that happened in the day.
I conducted my very first intuitive painting workshop with a guided meditation for entrepreneurs to connect with their vision and business at its core. It was magical. I have Integrity Choices to thank for that opportunity, and for pushing me to take action and control of an event. Although there were a few bumps in the road, it was a beautiful event, and I now feel able to take on the next event with total confidence.”

"Self harm is something I've struggled with my whole life, particularly with cutting or self mutilation. Even during my most rigorous 12 step recovery programs, it's never been something I've been able to master until I worked with Scott Gallagher.
I have kept my cutting a secret, from almost everyone, for most of my life. It's just one of many secrets I've had. And my experience of guilt, of seeing myself as wrong or selfish, I've been thinking that way for 10 years, and programming my mind to feel guilty because of it. But now I'm working at letting that go. I have already started to feel a change as I start exposing the secrets I've been keeping.
What struck me was how fast this process is, and how quickly it started working. Other recovery programs can take quite awhile, some of them years. But this happened right away."

“Scott is revolutionizing how addictions and people with addictions are perceived and dealt with. Scott is courageous and willing to speak his mind on these issues. He is committed to a new future in this area, so that people are free, experience love and peace for themselves personally, and are then able to be fully active, engaged and contributing individuals, not stopped by unwanted habits. With Scott's support, people can know themselves and be known by others not by their destructive tendencies, but rather by their higher, truer selves.”

He does so in a manner that empowers people and guides them to changing behaviors they really never believed they could."

I'm not sure if you remember me, but I was one of the students that took part in your workshop after your presentation at Englehart High School. I just wanted to let you know that you were my inspiration in making the decisions that I did to help me get back on track. You helped me a lot. Thanks a lot for everything once again.

"Scott's Programs rise above simply telling kids to 'stop' whatever bad habits they have - or that they have a disease they'll suffer from for the rest of their lives. Ultimately, Scott is a catalyst in enabling kids to help themselves, as well as giving adults around them the tools they need to support kids to change."

"There was quite a bit of gossiping, complaining, and negative work relationships. We were trying to get everyone in the office to work a little better together. We get new staff coming in and after 2 weeks they start partying and we never get them back as a worker.
We had 16 people participate in Scott’s sessions. I brought Scott in for team building to get workers in the office to try to work together. We weren’t getting a lot of cooperation sometimes. After Scott left it seemed like there was more of a team.
The gossiping stopped, and everyone was working better together. We were more accountable to the groups we belonged to. Some people also quit some unwanted habits they had.
I think this would work well if we did this for the whole community. Our community is made of different groups… There’s first nation, Metis, and other people working here as well.
There are a lot of problems in the community and I think it would help for Scott to come. I’m hoping we could get him back for the whole community!"

"You were so great!
Your raw honesty was just so refreshing. I don't want to say your talk was life changing because that would sound over the top; but the truth is, it was for me. In all my years, I have never encountered anyone who had the degree of addiction problems that you have had to struggle with. To hear you be so honest about your past was just so touching. And I loved what you shared about making amends. I think we all carry anxieties and baggage about things we could have done differently, and your section on making amends, I felt could become a tool - not only in my work in the anxiety clinic, but for me personally.
As a matter of fact, even though I don't have any addiction problems, I was so inspired by what happened to you that I decided to make an amends list for myself. I'm really quite enthusiastic about what you are doing. I would come and hear you again, anytime!"
-Jane Marson, Social Worker, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health to Program Facilitator Scott Gallagher

JESSICA'S STORY
How my business grew after my sessions with Scott
How my business grew after my sessions with Scott
“My business is called Spirit Academy. It is a non-denominational community space where people can come to explore their awakening Spirit through regular classes, workshops, and retreats. I also support others interested in metaphysical or spiritual business to get started and clarify a successful direction. I, personally, run meditation classes, drum circles, women's circles, psychic development groups, and treks into the wilderness for natural healing experiences.
The Challenges I faced before my encounter with Scott:
-Financial problems!
-Giving away too much for free!
-People taking advantage of me!
-Fear of money!
-Doing too many things at once! Low self-confidence
I would constantly give things for free. For example, I’d convinced myself: this person is working really hard. I’ll give them a free copy of my book.
I was scared of doing the wrong thing so much that I would fill my life with busy work. Which basically was like doing nothing.
Some months I didn't make enough to cover the rent, which left me with no choice but to reach into my savings. I started this business against my husband’s advice and didn’t want it to come between us. However, struggling to pay rent had put a lot of pressure on our relationship.
I had been following Sameena on her 1111 platform at the time, and when I saw all the work Scott has been doing, I decided to set up an appointment with him through Sameena.
During these sessions, Scott guided me through a process of discovery. Together we searched for the burden that was holding me back.
But Scott didn't leave me there, with a problem that I had no clue what to do about. He made sure that I overcame these challenges. I am very intuitive person, but I was afraid to trust my feelings and kept questioning myself. I needed to talk to someone who would help me clarify, whether I was on the right path, and if not, which one of my ideas would be the best to focus on.
I also needed to build confidence in my intuition. I needed reassurance that what I was doing was gonna work out. It was that spiritual connection to business. Not being afraid to follow my instincts.
Scott advised me to play my music before work. The goal was to find something pleasing for the soul, something that would make me feel good, which would lead to better focus and more motivation. The advice I got to play my music just before I start working has been phenomenal. When I do that the day is set up. It just flows.
Scott helped me get really clear about how I was selling, how I was creating, and wasting all my creative energy on things that weren’t gonna work. He helped me realize that I had all the parts to become successful. I just wasn’t putting them into the right order.
When the Christmas Holidays ended, the inner voice was telling me I should contact my past clients, but I didn’t listen to it. After the first session with Scott, it became clear to me that contacting them was exactly what I needed to do.
Scott also helped me see if I made all the money I needed for this month in twenty days, then all the extra is gonna go to the next month, and I’ll be getting ahead. Just looking at that makes me feel so much more relaxed and less stressed out over my finances.
The number of appointments had increased, and clients started asking for follow-ups without me having to mention it first. My financial situation had improved significantly. The following month, after the last session with Scott, the rent money rolled in within the first twenty days. It was a great improvement compared to the previous months when I had no other option than digging into - already tight - personal savings.
Coming to work every morning and knowing I could enjoy doing what I loved without worrying about the money in the bank was a great turnaround. My relationship with money has improved where I no longer feel bad when getting paid for my services. I have learned to follow intuition, knowing that she can trust it. The “business sense” is part of me ,and being aware of it makes me feel more confident.
And most importantly, I was feeling more abundant, in other words, the constant 'fear I had around money' I noticed a shift where that fear around my finances did not feel as strong anymore. And I also gained confidence to trust my own instincts thanks to Scott's consultation/follow-up sessions and with him and Sameena working with me in the way they did."

"In the world of 'barriers to choosing powerfully', Scott leaves no stone unturned. In a straight-up, tell-it-like-it-really-is, on-the-court fashion, Scott's words are a direct reflection of who he is and what he stands for: Making a real and lasting difference for people to be free to fulfill on what they truly want in life."

"We have lunch together every Monday. Other than the girl from grade 7, all of the kids come and we have some pretty good conversations. Two of them say they haven't had any drugs since our first meeting even though they've had plenty of opportunity. The smoker has cut down by about 8 cigarettes. All of them confessed to their parents. Some pretty good connections have been made... thanks to you."

" We owe you big! Your program changes lives. It was an honor to be a part of it. We've had a number of kids who either quit smoking or drastically reduced. And one boy gave up weed altogether - and now that the 28 days is up, he is now applying your program to cigarettes. ... A lot of the kids actually surprised me with the exercise component of your program. Many of them started to see the benefits of exercising and actually ended up increasing and doing more with exercise then they had originally promised.
... All the kids apologized for things they've done that they felt bad about. A few of them apologized to their parents for stealing money from them. And the kids felt freed from doing this.
...Some of the kids that took on the bonus commitment of doing daily school homework actually came to me for help with their homework which was amazing. They would come to me after school or during lunch and I would help them.
...You have a major gift of discernment, being able to attract only those kids that were really committed - and your ability to cause those that really weren't there for the right reasons to make the right choice and not stay with us for the day (if they were not going to follow through on the full 28 day program) - was incredible. And all those that stayed for the full 3.5 hour seminar/workshop, stuck with the whole 4 week follow-up program. If I had to weed them out myself, there is no way I could have had that discernment that you have. I would have probably encouraged some of the wrong kids to stay and be in the group and I would have had problems. It might not have worked.
...Scott, you demonstrated to us a lot of positive affirmation. Even when you were weeding people out of the group, you were affirming peoples’ value. It wasn't anything artificial. It was real and authentic. You really cared like these kids have value. The kids could sense – they could feel - that they were valued and mattered, that there was intrinsic value to them.
Your program is a process and a journey. It's not like everyone has all their problems solved, but all the kids that participated are better off than they were before you came."

"Two weeks into the program, we ended up with a good kind of a problem. Kids couldn’t count their habit because they weren’t doing it anymore! These kids had tried to quit before, and after only two weeks, one wasn’t using, one wasn’t drinking anything at all so they had nothing to record.
We have kids thanking their mom for dinner or for doing the laundry for the first time ever. Most of these kids are not used to thanking anyone. They just take for granted that everything will be done for them. They’re learning something here that will serve them well their whole lives.
Sometimes I’m really frustrated with whatever is going on in my life and one of my student buddies from the program will call me and ask me what I’m happy about right now? And I really have to change my whole way of thinking, even when I’m in the middle of something really negative. It’s been a real learning experience for me."

"We brought Scott in at the very beginning of our school year. There were 12 students who chose to participate in the 4 Week Follow-up component of his programs. Addictions were mainly to marijuana, cigarettes and internet/video games.
After the 4 weeks were finished, the kids in the program wanted to continue it on their own. Within 90 days, every single one of these kids had tapered off to the point that none of them were doing drugs or smoking anymore. One student who was addicted to the internet and video games drastically reduced how much time he spends online.
Each and every student who joined the on-going group meetings had noticeable behaviour changes; for example, higher self esteem, regular attendance, more friends and a much clearer head upon returning to school Monday mornings.
The results we got were so remarkable we asked Scott to come back again later in the same school year!
We engaged different kids and we had a different adult partner involved, but the results were just as impressive.
We continue to appreciate Scott’s work and have used his articles to promote awareness and professional development with our staff."

#28. When you first promised 10k to me and 10k to Scott right away, you also said, Shirley, that you will be able to pay after the 20k was paid up front (10k to me and 10k to Scott), once a month you will send a minimum of $1111.00 till the contract (37k) is paid off in full, so I can have the money for my rent every month guaranteed.

You promised me that you will not be sending any surprising messages/emails like the one you did week of March 5th.

If your credit card is being charged it is because you gave verbal authorization for Sameena to do so in lieu of the fact that you were unable to transfer 5555 plus hst into your wise account by February 28th as you had previously promised Sameena over zoom and in writing.
As I understand from Sameena, you gave your credit card info to Sameena yesterday to honor your sponsorship promises to her in a different way until you have funded your wise account (as per your agreements with Sameena).
Thanks Shirley!
Scott
ps In the spirit of transparency, and out of respect for your relationship with Sameena, I will forward a copy of this email to Sameena after sending to you Shirley 🙏

#35. Right the day after you promised you will not be sending me any surprising messages, like you have changed your mind, etc. you send a message asking permission if you can send me a video, and when I said 'No', you respond by saying, no problem, we will talk on Saturday (our next Integrity Choices Session), and you broke your promise and went ahead and sent an email to Scott the very next day about breaking the contract.
#36. You promised you are here to make an amends, and you want to make things right for all the pain and suffering you caused
#37
#38. Did not listen to Bastian everyday and did not listen to the Elm training everyday when originally promised, so you had to keep on repromising till you had 1 full week in a row consistently of fulfilling this promise
#39. You promised no soliciting our members in Get Booked To Book Others who you only came to know through us and no making 'friends' with out people in Get Booked to Book Others as I was clear and you agreed (on video when I first onboarded you for booking), that you are here and part of the community for 'booking', and you broke that promise when you tried to get Nancy on Clubhouse, introducing it to her because you are on clubhouse and that is a platform you sell/promote on, and by befriending her (during a booking session).
#40. Not do the text right when I showed you more than once in Get Booked to Book Others where I had to ask you to correct it more than once.
#41. on more than one occasion, right after a booking session, you would not post your video right away as you had promised you would when you signed off on the rules of Get Booked to Book Others, and you were not in communication about it till I had to check in with you asking you 'I don't see your video'.
#42. You posted a youtube link in Get Booked to Book Others of your social sharing video when you also signed off on the 'rule', 'No Youtube links allowed'.
#43. Did not attempt to build Get Booked To Book Others as those were one the things she promised she will do as Shirley communicated in her Social Accountability Sharing video
#44. Did not get us appointments on Scott and my Step 12 Calendar as promised (part of honoring your word after breaking numerous financial commitments with me).
#45. You promised till April the 15th, you will not be promoting your stuff on you timeline. You will not be selling your stuff and you would allow us to own your timeline till the 15th and make the decision with what goes on your timeline and you broke this promise more than once, till we had to remind you what you had originally promised and you broke your promise again. The first chance you got, you put something up to promote yourself. your stuff when you promised you would allow us to have access to your account till April 15th.
#46. You Did not create video for turnaround.tv as promised
#47. You promised you will Get a payment plan together as soon as possible before the 15th
#48. You promised like beginning of March that you will let me know in 2 weeks when you get the money, and how much did you get and what is the 'lump sum' amount that you will be giving me, and then you repromised by the end of the month, you will let me know and give me an update - AND then in your last audio message to me, you broke your promise and said, you don't want to talk about the government money when you promised you would let me know and keep me informed. (NOTE, THIS PROMISE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED ABOVE, LIKE PROMISE #13 OR #14, BUT FORGOT TO INCLUDE THIS PROMISE EARLIER ABOVE, SO ADDING IT IS PROMISE #48).
#49
(a) You promised you will give me a compensation for all the pain and suffering you caused me
#50
#51. Promised will bring dejardins and mastercard credit card to the April 15th call so can know what is owed to the penny
#52. You also promised every week to have 55 friends tagged, so you would have 500 friends tagged per week, and almost every week, either Scott or myself would have to remind you of this promise when you would not do what you said you would do, have 55 friends tagged.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS/NOTES THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY DOCUMENTED IN THE CHANNEL WHICH WE ALL SAW AND HAD AGREED THAT WE WERE ALL ALIGHNED, SHIRLEY, YOU EVEN SAID TO THE BELOW HIGLIGHTS WHEN THEY WERE FIRST POSTED, "Thanks for the transmission Scott". "I get it". We confirmed that we read and understood the below highlights.
Shirley, the above video were the last words you said to me before we took a break from having any session after March 27th session till April 15th, which is when we agreed we would come back. And those were your own words, Shirley in your above social sharing video.
remember that just prior to my last video to you, you said in an audio message that, you intend to come to the call with payment arrangements for 37k and that the past money you gave was not going to be part of it
CONDITIONAL SELF-EMPLOYMENT OFFER & GIFTS InboxShirley Jones <info@shirleyguidancesystem.com>Mon, Feb 20, 10:20 PM
to sameena, scott
Hello Sameena and Scott,
I first want to say to just say how impressed I am with the level of honesty and integrity you both operate your lives from, and which, ironically is the exact reason I expressed my desire of wanting you and Scott to support me in transitioning from being an employee to having my own business.
I have never met any two people more trustworthy than yourselves, and proof that my trust was warranted, is the fact that you gave away your negotiating power with me, because you felt honor bound to tell me the truth about what kind of work you could and could not do for me based upon your medical conditions.
Thank you again to both of you for so selflessly and vulnerably disclosing such private medical and financial information about the two of you, which I gave careful consideration to before putting together my written offers for the both of you, which I will do in this letter.
But first, I want to confirm that the financial gifts I’ve previously made to Sameena are unconditional and have nothing to do with my offer.
I also want to confirm that I have witnessed Sameena’s anxiety and paranoia condition first hand for years, and I know for a fact, that Sameena would not be where she is today if it were not for you, Scott and that is a fact.
I want you to know, Scott that on, or before March 1st, I will be sending you, Scott $5555.00 as a GIFT. Just like I said to Sameena on her birthday, “I want to freely give this money to you because you are such a great person, Scott.”
And please consider this gift to you, Scott as a small token of my appreciation for all the many hours of your time, and guidance you gave to me back in 2018 without any thought of financial compensation for yourself, Scott, and for all the Step 12 based work you did to get Sameena through so many hardships including, ghost writing all those letters back and forth to her past employer, their lawyer, winning Sameena 30k ultimately in unpaid wages, and refusing to accept financial compensation from her winnings because of your commitment to honoring the “entire absence of profit motive” and spirit behind your daily Step 12 agreements, just like how Sameena has with her Facebook live 1111 agreement.
There are no conditions for this gift. “I am doing it as of my own free will.” I say the same to you, Scott, this money is a gift whether I ever end up being able to hire you or not.
Ok Sameena, now I am back speaking with you.
After reading what your doctor had to say about Ontario Works not recognizing your monthly business expenses, which I see you clearly explained to them from the list of your necessary business expenses you sent me and why they are essential (I personally read all the descriptions for your business expenses that you submitted to Ontario Works), I can understand the stress you are under and at a standstill not knowing if your business expenses will be accepted at all.
And because you only officially started living at the 10 Lisa Street Brampton office address after your bankruptcy discharged in April 2022, I am also aware that Get Booked To Book Others and All Addictions Anonymous also operates out of that same unit which only your name is on the lease for, so the way I see it is, you and Scott have been sponsoring this Step 12 based work yourselves for years now.
Based on the problems you are currently experiencing as a result of Ontario Works not acknowledging, let alone recognizing your business expenses, I have agreed to take over your various accounts so you don’t lose your data and cover those monthly costs (through my new wise account up to a maximum of $5555.00). Because me doing so, is a sponsorship which benefits Get Booked To Book Others, All Addictions Anonymous, both your for profit businesses, as well as my own.
As soon as you send me the account details like username, email and password for those essential business services and subscriptions you paid for, and which your Ontario Works caseworker refused to accept, I will gladly hook up my new Wise account payment details to them, so as to cover 100 percent of these monthly and annual subscriptions and other business related expenses.
And if either Ontario Works or ODSP has a problem with me sponsoring these expenses for the benefit of All Addictions Anonymous and Get Booked to Book Others, then I would ask that we schedule some time for you to help me set up new accounts in my name for each and every one of those exact online business apps, products, services and other subscription costs you need to keep paying for in order to stay in business.
I am going to switch directions now, Sameena and Scott, and request that you forward this entire email to your physician, along with my request to Dr. Goldberg, that he allow me to hear the recording of his response and any concerns he may have of the proposal I am going to make to the both of you below.
First, let me be clear that, given your combined health impairments both mental and physical, my offer is conditional upon Ontario Works confirming with you that they understand and accept the exclusivity terms and conditions of my offer, and that you secure Dr. Goldberg’s consent and approval for responsibly accepting this offer.
In lieu of what your doctor said in his February 14th letter regarding your limited capacity to work, and your doctor's strong encouragement that you and Scott find a way to work together, not just for charitable purposes, but so that the two of you can make money together, which I will now quote part of that letter you sent to me, so you know specifically what I am talking about;
“Although Scott and Sameena’s disabilities are unique, I believe they are also complementary, and because they are both unable to function in a traditional or structured work environment, I have recently recommended to both of them, that they should join forces, for accountability and profitability purposes, and find a way to work more closely together, where they can split profits fairly amongst themselves depending on the project.
It is my medical opinion that forcing Ms. Fernandes to work or find work, or adding any other work commitments in Ms. Fernandes’ life other than that which I have recommended in this letter would be counter-productive to her well-being and healing process.”
I would just like confirmation from your doctor that when he said “other than that which I have recommended in this letter would be counter-productive to her well-being and healing process”, is your doctor implying that the only kind of work your doctor is recommending you do would be that which he recommended in his February 14th letter, which is for you and Scott to find a way to be making money serving clients together?
Because if that is what he is indeed saying, which it seems to me that he is, since I was the very first person to ever pay 11 thousand dollars to Sameena’s business back in 2018, I think it would be great if I were also the first person to pay both you and Scott money, hiring you as a team.
However, in order for me to responsibly hire the both of you, I would need your doctor's input and blessing because your personal wellbeing is paramount to me, and I am not willing to take any risk that me hiring you might compromise your wellbeing, which is why I would insist that our agreement reflects that.
As such, and based upon all the letters you sent me that Dr. Goldberg wrote on behalf of Scott, explaining why he is unable to work, unless it were in a very UNSTRUCTURED and UNORGANIZED manner, as well as the other restrictions and limitations by which Scott can’t work because of his various health conditions, I would like to hire both you and Scott separately to work together for my benefit, as well as for the benefit of All Addictions Anonymous and Get Booked To Book Others, to provide distinctively different services to me based on yours and Scott’s distinctly different gifts and talents.
Therefore, I would ONLY be willing to commit to such a contract with the both of you, under the condition that you show my offer to your Doctor for his advice and approval, and that you follow your doctor’s advice keeping in mind that my offer is being made to you conditional upon you both agreeing to "EXCLUSIVITY" for 6 months and signing a non-disclosure agreement.
My offer is also conditional upon your confirmation that your Ontario Works caseworkers understand and agree to the 6 month exclusivity terms and conditions of my offer after first being approved by Dr. Goldberg.
So finally, here are my conditional offers to the both of you.
#1. I am willing to pay both you and Scott (after receiving separate invoices from each of your businesses) $555 per month plus HST for six months with the intention of me hiring the both of you again for another 6 months, possibly paying you more depending on what your doctor advises at that time.
#2. The 6 months will be considered a probationary trial period for me to assess the value to me of what you guys can do together if I were to put no limitations or restrictions on “time” which would not work anyways according to your doctor.
#3. Because of what Dr. Goldberg said about the limits, conditions and restrictions by which Scott can perform work must be LIMITED, UNSTRUCTURED, UNORGANIZED, ETC, and because we both understand Scott’s ADHD and how it impacts his focus and stops him from completing tasks, I’m asking you, Sameena as a condition of your responsibilities in this contract, to be responsible for helping Scott complete all tasks he has that are for my benefit, on a week to week and monthly basis as part of your own contractual duties to me.
#4. Scott will provide advisory services to me personally back and forth on video or over zoom in an unstructured, unorganized manner, or Scott’s advice can be communicated through yourself, Sameena, after consulting with him on my behalf.
#5. Sameena will provide implementation services where you teach me what I need to know about bots, automated Facebook messaging, video marketing the way you and Scott do it.
And I would like you, Sameena, to handle all my technical stuff, so I don’t have to be worrying about that kind of work that I don’t want to be doing.
#6. It is critical to me if I am to enter into a client relationship with the two of you (being aware of your disabilities and liabilities) that your focus is not interrupted by either you or Scott being pressured by Ontario Works into having to find or accept any other work from any other sources, for the entire duration of this 6 month probationary trial period. Therefore, in exchange for me not stipulating to either you or Scott what the exact number of hours per week that both you and Scott will need to be putting in for my benefit, I would require exclusivity from the both of you backed by either Ontario Works or ODSP whatever the case may be.
#7. Because of what Dr. Goldberg said about both you and Scott in his letters with respect to the therapeutic value which the both of you receive in continuing to honor your Step 12, wellbeing and therapeutic practice of helping people every day on voluntary basis (for a maximum of 2 hours) in service to Get Booked To Book Others, All Addictions Anonymous, or your 1111 agreement, both you and Scott agree to keep your Step 12 wellbeing commitments while working for me because they are vital to both yours and Scott’s ongoing and continued recovery journey from anxiety and addictions.
#8. The exact start date of the contract will be mutually agreed upon by the three of us, ONLY AFTER your Ontario Works caseworkers confirms that they understand and agree to the 6-month exclusivity terms and conditions of my proposed agreement.
To be absolutely clear, in order for this agreement to be in Integrity, Ontario Works must be aligned with both you and Scott not finding or accepting any other work commitments during the entire 6-month probationary trial period of this contract.
With Much Respect and Love,
Shirley Jones
to sameena, scott

DRAFT OF A LETTER THAT WILL BE SENT TO LEGAL AIDE
Hello Jack and Crystal,
I am writing you at the request of Sameena Fernandes, and as part of our new barter agreement arrangement as suggested to us by Dr. Goldberg.
It took me 3 weeks to write this and I have cc’d Sameena in this email so that she can reply back to authenticate this message.
It is Sameena’s request, as well as mine, that you forward this email including all of it’s attachments to our Ontario case workers Albert Masih and Nenah LAST NAME.
The attachment named “APRIL 4TH 2023 ROOMMATE BUSINESS AGREEMENT” is important for Albert Masih in particular because it’s the signed agreement confirming my monthly rent on May 1st will change to $800.00 per month.
It’s also important this email gets forwarded to Albert Masih from Crystal because I have an agreement to not communicate with him directly, and I broke this agreement once already when I sent Crystal and Albert the following email on February 21st at 7:44:39 AM;
Subject: QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ATTACHED SELF-EMPLOYMENT OFFER
To: Masih, Albert <albert.masih@peelregion.ca>, Christa Merlin (NPDCLS) <christa.merlin@npdcls.clcj.ca>, Norma English (NPDCLS) norma.english@npdcls.clcj.ca
Hello Albert,
I first want to acknowledge the promise I made to you that, with the exception of reporting my income on the 16th of every month, I would redirect all my other communications over to Christa Merlin and not message you directly.
However, a conditional self-employment offer (see attachment) was made to me last night via email, and because my next appointment with Dr. Goldberg was scheduled 2 months ago and is on February 28th, and because when you try and send an email to Christa right now, the following automated message comes back;
“I will be away from the office on February 17, 2023 to February 24, 2023 I will get back to you upon my return.”, I am therefore sending this message directly to you by exception, and cc’ing that nice lawyer in legal aid I told you about, Norma English.
My doctor has given me precisely defined parameters by which he says I could perform work, which is why one of the conditions of this offer is that my doctor makes the final decision whether or not I can responsibly accept this offer or not.
I know you don’t have time to be reading any more long messages from me Albert, so I will just end this by asking you to please take a look at the actual offer I received last night (the attachment) and let me know (especially because of the exclusivity clause) whether or not I would need Ontario Works permission to accept this offer?
Scott”
Also please let Albert know the following;
#1 Contrary to what the attached Feb 20th pdf from Shirley Jones says with respect to her sending me a donation gift in the amount 5555, I actually received a 1 thousand dollar cash gift, and a video card and computer memory sent as gifts to me through amazon which cost Shirley HOW MUCH MONEY IN TOTAL FOR VIDEO CARD AND 2 NVME MEMORY STICK PURCHASES
The attachment named DFDFDFAJDFALF is Doctor Goldberg’s February 14th, 2023 letter emailed to your clinic on that same day.
As per Dr. Goldberg’s written advice that “Because of her memory problems and struggle with retaining important information, I have advised Ms. Fernandes to record all conversations she has with medical professionals like myself and/or government representatives.”, here is an edited unlisted video recording of Sameena’s March 17th telephone conversation with Michael Daude and myself https://youtu.be/n7BBDZzkgdc
Michael ended his March 31st email to Sameena telling her to “continue contacting your caseworker. If you are unable to contact your caseworker, keep trying with the Ontario Works (OW) office.” Are impossible for Sameena to follow through with given Sameena’s anxiety condition which Michael was made aware of.
SAMEENA SHOULD INSERT A VIDEO MESSAGE FOR JACK AND HIS STAFF THAT EXPLAINS SAFELY IN HER OWN WORDS WHY THE ABOVE STATEMENT IS TRUE AND HOW AND WHY SHE USES VIDEO THE WAY SHE DOES TO ACCOMMODATE HER DISABILITY.
Having said that, I ghost wrote and sent a message from Sameena to her caseworker, Nenah Mensah which is the attachment named “April 3rd 237 pm and 451 pm message to Ontario Work. Pdf”.
Also attached in this email (See attached “Sameena Fernandes – New accommodation request package.pdf”) the special accommodation form Ms. Akina Tamang submitted to the LTB on March 31st at 5:35 PM because the specific accommodation request was made for the exact same reason why it is unreasonable and impossible for Sameena to complete the task which Michael Daoud was responsible for and gave his word to performing.
The point im trying to make here is that Sameena’s anxiety prevents her from being able to speak with or represent herself with authority figures from Ontario Works.
For further emphasis, the attached February 14th, 2023 letter sent to your clinic from Dr. Goldberg, states the following;
“Ms. Fernandes’s condition gets triggered especially by authority figures, and is being triggered now because of a “Mandatory Action Plan telephone appointment” that has been scheduled between Sameena and her case worker, Nenah Mensah at 10am on February 21, 2023. When put in situations where Sameena perceives herself being attacked, her anxiety symptoms will resemble PTSD and paranoia.” (See Attached, “Feb 14th Dr. Goldberg on Behalf of Sameena Fernandes. pdf”).
I underlined and put in bold in the above quote specifically, “When put in situations where Sameena perceives herself being attacked, her anxiety symptoms will resemble PTSD and paranoia.” because I just want to emphasize the seriousness of Sameena’s anxiety disorder.
Sameena has now sent three emails to her caseworker on the following three dates STATE 3 DATES AND TIMES and NOW IT IS FOUR DATES I THINK requesting an answer to her questions related to the Shirley Jones employment offers made to both her and myself which we are contractually prohibited from accepting without the consent of Ontario Works (again see febr 20 offer attachment)
I have also not gotten a response or answers from that similar request message of mine I mentioned earlier above which I emailed to Albert and cc’d Crystal on STATE DATE AND TIME.
I am not allowed to communicate directly with my Ontario Works caseworker Albert Masih on this matter, AND Shirley Jones’ employment offers to pay myself and Sameena 555 per month plus HST (to work together for Shirley’s benefit as a team as per the recommendation and approval of Dr. Goldberg) will be automatically revoked on April 15th if we fail to secure written proof from Ontario Works, that Sameena and I can honorably agree to the exclusivity conditions of Ms. Shirley Jones’ self-employment offers she made to us via email on February 20th.
Therefore, it is my request that Crystal Merlin continue to act on my behalf in securing a decision from Albert Masih before February 15th on whether or not I would be acting in good faith if I were to accept Shirley Jone’s offer.
And it is Sameena’s request that Crystal also makes a request of Albert asking him to contact Sameena’s caseworker Nenah LAST NAME asking her to kindly finally release her email address to Sameena and/or write back to her with an answer to her question which is the same as mine.
I am writing you at the request of Sameena Fernandes, and as part of our new barter agreement arrangement as suggested to us by Dr. Goldberg.
It took me 3 weeks to write this and I have cc’d Sameena in this email so that she can reply back to authenticate this message.
