IMPORTANT AND WHAT PRIMARILY WHAT THIS LETTER SHOULD BE ABOUT: Reminder that we need to present the case for harrassment in this final letter and clearly state that should they choose to knock on the door again like they did this past week for 3 days we will consider this act harrassment and will deal with this issue with the full force which the law provides - (Which the following videos provide a case for - NO BLATANT REGARD FOR MY WELL-BEING AND ANXIETY CONDITION WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN INFORMED NUMEROUS TIMES IN MY PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS TO THEM. - THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE EMPHASIZED IN THIS FINAL LETTER TO QUADREAL - WILL BE ADDRESSED TO PATRICIA DeGasperis, and this letter will be written from me in my voice.

In follow-up to the email/video message I addressed to Dennis Lopez on July 5th and which was forward over to you, please be reminded that, as per what I stated in that video https://youtu.be/DJLRGThh_Fc , in order for me to be able to pay my back rent to you as fast as possible, I need to stay focused on earning money in my business.

Therefore, please be advised that, I Sameena Fernandes, do hereby authorize Scott Gallagher to represent me, and act as my agent with respect to all matters related to my lease agreement with you at 10 Lisa Street suite 2502.

(This email was sent to authorize Scott to act as my agent, so he can directly deal with QuadReal for me, and as per the below video, they are ignoring this and not respecting that I authorized Scott to be my agent in this case - The knock on my door forcing to speak with me directly proves that they are not respecting Scott to be my agent - More Bad Faith... ).

Start listening at the 42:25 minute mark to about 51:03 minute mark of the below video as it addresses the point about their intention of why they gave the 24 - Hour Notice with those two never seen before check boxes, which is to instill fear in the tenants, so they will move out sooner and then they will be able to charge more money for rent ... This is the primary point we missed in the previous email to QuadReal - so now is the time to emphasize it, so it can also be that I am 'standing up for other tenants' - so it doesn't see like it is all about me ...

"the cheque I gave you for May’s rent which you still have not returned to me" When this email was sent with this exact wording does not see to have a date in the close to 50 pages we sent, and I think it was the second email sent to Dennis. 'My May rent cheque continues being held, even though there is no intention of cashing it.' 'My May rent cheque continues being held, even though there is no intention of cashing it. ' -Said at least 3 times in the 2 emails sent out in the beginning - not dated

June 2nd - ''having my check that has still not yet been returned'' (4th time, and ignored)

June 12 - in an email to Kerri - ''having my check that has still not yet been returned''

June 17 - Response back from Kerri - First time someone has given a response to my cheque not being returned after it beg ignored numerous times - 'Regarding your cheque for May, I have been told that it was wrapped up in the letter that was given to you on May 5th, requesting that you replace your business cheque with a personal cheque.' - Of which my response was that there was no cheque wrapped in the letter of May 5th, Scott also witnessed it - there was no cheque when I opened the envelop, and therefore, Sharaka lied, and I offered to also take a lie detector test like a few times and I asked that Sharaka take a lie detector too as till date this was not acknowledged and was ignored

June 17th - My response back to Kerri's email- "I obviously never received my check back so I will be going to my bank next week to put a stop payment on it next week. I would be happy to take a lie detector test on this fact with my request that the person at Quadreal who claims to have returned my check agrees to doing the same. I’m sure that person will not agree to a lie detector test because that person knows that she lied." (went ignored again)

June 26th first email where Patricia responded to the issue of my my cheque not being returned - "we have been advised that the cheque was wrapped up in the letter that was given to you on May 5th' - Still ignored I offered to take a lie detector test and I asked Sharaka to do the same. if the cheque was returned to me as they are claiming it was, then why didn't they just say that in the beginning after I asked numerous times previously?

August 4th last email written from Scott - " that there was no returned cheque in that envelope.

Furthermore, as a reminder, Ms. Fernandes has offered to take a lie detector test on this matter just to further prove to you that there was no returned cheque in the envelope" (offered to take a lie detector test was again ignored to prove that Sharaka had lied was ignored yet again).
